Vice President of Operations, Hospital Business
Holly has responsibility for hospital service line quality, performance and profitability. Reporting to her are the operational leaders and staff for all hospital service lines: Eligibility Enrollment SolutionsSM, Disproportionate Share Services, PayerLogicSM Services and L&S Associates.
Prior to this role, she served as Human Arc’s Corporate Director, PayerLogic Services. In this capacity, her leadership drove significant improvements in the quality of our out-of-state Medicaid billing and follow-up business, as well as the introduction of services to address emerging challenges such as those posed by RACs.
Before joining Human Arc, Holly was Vice President of Revenue Management for Spectrum Diagnostic Imaging, where she was critical to strategic planning, training, compliance, new contract development, cash management and customer service. Prior to that, she served as Director of Accounts Receivable and Insurance Operations for DentalCare Partners, Inc., the management firm for 68 Sears Dental facilities.
Holly has demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, change agent expertise, a problem-solving orientation and a consistent record of success. Her action-oriented management philosophy focuses on responsiveness to customers and their needs.
She is an industry-recognized speaker, a Northeast Ohio HFMA board member, and co-chair of the Northeast Ohio HFMA Patient Financial Services Committee. In 2012 she was recognized for her work with the 2012 Recipient of the Founders William G. Follmer Bronze award from the HFMA, Northeast Ohio Chapter. In addition to her industry-related work, Holly often leads major volunteer initiatives with local organizations.
Holly holds two bachelor’s degrees from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio).
